Policies
- No minimum stay is required
- Smoking inside the house is not allowed
- No guest pets are allowed
- No children under 12 years old
- Deposit amount required (Confirm reservation with a non-refundable deposit equal to one nights stay with a credit card or check. Stays of 3 or more nights will require a 50% deposit by check within 7 days.)
- Check in time is 3 p.m. and Check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
Refunds of deposits will be made if cancellation notice is received 8 canlendar days prior to arrival date. If less than 8 days and we can re-rent the room the refund will then apply.
